Terms and Conditions of the “AutoPlanet” Contest

1. Contest Organizer
   The contest is organized by AutoPlanet E.E., with its registered office at Leof. Dimokratias 232, Agioi Anargyroi, 13562, Tax ID 801448630 (hereinafter “Organizer”).

2. Contest Duration
   The contest starts on 01/03/2025 and ends on 31/07/2025. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the contest will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
   Only natural persons who legally reside in Greece and are over 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer, their relatives up to the second degree, and any persons professionally connected with the organization of the contest are excluded.

4. Participation Method
   To participate, interested individuals must complete the evaluation form and provide a valid email address. Each participant may enter only once. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel entries deemed false, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.

5. Prize & Draw
   The prize of the contest is a Samsung Galaxy S24 5G Dual Sim (8GB/256GB) Onyx Black (hereinafter “Prize”). The draw to select the winner will take place on 01/08/2025 at the Organizer’s offices or another location to be announced. The draw will be conducted in an automated manner to ensure objectivity and randomness.

6. Notification & Prize Collection
   The winner will be notified via email within 14 days from the date of the draw. In the event that the winner does not respond within 7 days or is unable to collect the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. The Prize will be sent to the winner or collected by them upon prior arrangement with the Organizer.

7. Organizer's Liability
   The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical issues or other events that prevent participation in the contest (e.g., internet disruptions, incorrect information). Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that may occur during the transportation or use of the Prize, nor for errors arising from incorrect email information provided by the participants.

8. Personal Data
   The personal data (email) of the participants will be collected and processed by the Organizer exclusively for the purposes of conducting and completing the contest. After the contest and the announcement of the winner, the data will be retained only for the period required for legal or tax purposes and will then be deleted.
   Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise these rights, they may contact the Organizer at info@autoplanet.gr or by phone at 211 8000 881.

9. Publicity
   The name and/or photograph of the winner may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media platforms, subject to prior agreement. By participating in the contest, the winner consents to such publications for the announcement of the results.

10. Cancellation or Modification of the Contest
    The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time in the event of force majeure or other serious reasons. Any changes to these terms will be announced promptly on the website autoplanet.gr.

11. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of all the above terms. Any disputes or disagreements regarding the contest shall be resolved by the competent courts of Athens.
