You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within a 15-day period from the day you received it.  (The signature on the delivery note of the transport company works as proof of delivery day). 

 To do this, you must send an email to or call (211 8000 881) the company. All products must be returned in their initial package. Please make sure that you pack them properly for shipping. The company has the right to accept or refuse your return. 


To accept your return you must follow the following procedure: 

- Contact Autoplanet by email to or by phone.

-  All products must be returned in their initial package

- Place the original packaging in a protective package.

- Give the package and the transport ticket to the transport company.

- Return products to us with the fare paid (we are not obliged to pay shipping for returned products).

We are not obliged to receive parcels by post

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or purchase invoice.

*Note that we are not obliged to accept returns of products that have been manufactured or ordered or imported specifically for you.

*We do not take any responsibility for shipments and parcels that have been sent by you and have not been received by us. Please always keep proof of shipment of the post office or the courier company or the transport company that you used to send the returned items.

*Autoplanet assumes no responsibility for costs incurred in attempting to install or uninstall parts that were sold incorrectly (incorrect code). Please make sure that the parts you bought are compatible with your car before installing them. Your mechanic is definitely qualified to ensure that the products fit perfectly in your car before installation. Therefore, before ordering the spare part, you must be absolutely sure of the compatibility of the spare part ordered with your car model.


In order for the return to be accepted it is necessary:

- The spare part itself is in perfect condition (unused, without signs of installation in a vehicle).

- To be returned to us in its original packaging (intact, without marks and without cellophane tape).

- All delivery products must be placed in a box for re-shipment, together with the "return slip" (make sure that heavy or fragile spare parts are packed in such a way as to prevent them from being moved).


If you are near to our store: 

In this case you can visit the store and after the condition of the product is checked by the responsible employee, he will guide you for the next steps you need to do. 


If you receive via courier or transport company:

- Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.

- Put in the package you have made a document in which you tell us how you want to resolve the financial backlog, if the product is deemed capable of return.

- Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

All our items are covered exclusively by the guarantees and conditions given by the respective factory without our company committing to comply with it. In any case, the purpose of our company is the correct service to the customer. For this reason, the first concern of our company is to find solutions to any problems that arise.

All our items are checked before shipment for any damage.

In the event of a problem during the warranty period, contact our store immediately.

The usual procedure is to return the product in its intact packaging and

a) in case the damage is obvious, immediate replacement

b) otherwise sending to our supplier, evaluation and immediate reply to you.


The warranty covers only damages due to the product itself, due to its malfunction, and not damages caused by an external factor, or due to its poor installation and assembly, or due to its misuse, or due to use other than for which has been constructed.

The guarantee does not cover cases of damage caused during the transport of the products. The transfer is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is governed by the terms of each courier.

We are not responsible for delays in the evaluation and provision of service by factory representatives

AutoPlanet is not obliged to pay the fees for the transfer of the products under warranty, this is the obligation of the customer.


To automatically be accepted a product for warranty must meet the following conditions:

- The transport fares must be paid.

- To be accompanied by their respective purchase document.

- The company must be informed either by email or by phone.


The following product categories are not covered by warranty:

- Light bulbs. 

- Electronic parts. 

- Brake pads. 

- Brake discs. 

- Lubricants. 

- Accessories.
