K2 LAMP DOCTOR – is a specialist high-quality paste for the regeneration of headlight lenses.

Feautures

• An extremely effective abrasive formula will ensure a second youth for all lamps made of plastic or glass.
• If the headlights are dull, yellowed or have pitting in the structure of the lenses, K2 LAMP DOCTOR will handle them perfectly.
• Renovation can be done manually or mechanically using a polishing machine.
• Thanks to the K2 LAMP DOCTOR headlight renovation paste, the lenses will regain their original transparency and shine, which will directly improve their operation, road lighting and safety.
• K2 LAMP DOCTOR paste can be safely used to renovate other transparent elements, e.g. headlights in motorcycles, caravans, boats and even airplanes.

USE

Machine polishing:

1. It is recommended to cover the edges of adjacent surfaces with protective tape.
2. Matte very damaged headlights with 2000-3000 paper before polishing.
3. Clean and degrease the surfaces. 
4. Apply the paste to a polishing sponge
5. Spread the paste at low speed (approx. 600 rpm) and then increase it to approx. 1200 rpm and polish until a high gloss is obtained. 
6. Clean the surface with a microfiber cloth.

Manual polishing:

1. Clean and degrease the surface.
2. Apply the paste with a sponge or microfiber cloth and polish until the surface is shiny and smooth.
3. Clean the surface with a microfiber cloth.
