MJJC Replacement Orifice Nozzle 1.65mm for Foam Cannon, 1pc

Replacement orifice nozzle (Orifice) for MJJC foam cannons (Foam Cannon / Foam Lance). Before purchasing, make sure your foam cannon is an MJJC model, as compatibility with foam cannons from other manufacturers cannot be guaranteed.

Orifice selection based on pressure washer pressure:

  • 0.9mm: for pressure washers from under 50 up to 90 bar
  • 1.1mm: for pressure washers up to 110 bar
  • 1.25mm: for pressure washers from 110 to 150 bar
  • 1.35mm: for pressure washers from 150 to 280 bar
  • 1.65mm: for pressure washers from 280 to 340 bar

There are two available nozzle sizes (nozzle screw jets): 1.25mm and 1.1mm. All MJJC foam cannons come factory-equipped with a 1.25mm nozzle. The 1.25mm nozzle can be used as a replacement if the existing one is worn out or no longer functions properly.

If your pressure washer does not produce sufficient pressure or has a low water flow rate, the 1.1mm nozzle can help generate thicker foam, improving washing performance. The smaller diameter restricts the flow and increases foam cannon efficiency on lower-pressure machines.

The 1.1mm nozzle is recommended for most pressure washers operating at up to 110 bar. If your pressure washer produces more than 110 bar or has a high water flow rate, using the 1.1mm nozzle may cause pulsation. In this case, it is recommended to replace it with the factory-standard 1.25mm nozzle to ensure normal foam cannon operation.

If your foam cannon is already performing satisfactorily with the current nozzle, there is no need to replace it.
