Description

SDO CCS Pads

Conventional foam pads absorb polish too quickly. This reduces the performance of both the polish and the pad, because most of the product becomes trapped below the working surface of the pad.

CCS Technology™ solves this common problem by using strategically designed patterns with partially closed foam cells. It is now available on Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads, providing the operator with the same consistent performance of SDO pads, with the added benefit of CCS technology.

Benefits:

  • Slow Rate of Polish Absorption – CCS pockets gradually release polish only when needed by the operator.
  • Prevents Pad Skipping – CCS pockets reduce surface tension, allowing the pad to run flat on the working surface.
  • Tapered Edge – Prevents pad rolling and provides excellent pad rotation, ideal for curved and contoured panels. Allows precision polishing in tight areas.
