Description

Liqui Moly Long-Life Grease LM 47 100g

High-quality special grease. The MoS2 content gives the selected base grease outstanding lubricating properties and high performance that conventional greases cannot provide. During operation, a well-adhering, very thin layer of molybdenum disulfide forms at the sliding points, which maintains its lubricating effect for a long period even after complete loss of the grease. Extremely long-lasting lubrication capability, suitable for use in central lubrication systems. Classification according to DIN 51502 KPF2K-30.

Technical Specifications

Operating temperature range: –30 °C to +120 °C.

For installation, maintenance and repair of cars, machine tools, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and printing machines.

For heavily loaded bearings and joints, splines, threads and guides.

For constant velocity transmission joints.

Application

Like any grease. Observe the specifications of the bearing manufacturers.

For the application of the various container sizes, LIQUI MOLY recommends the following equipment:

  • 400 g plastic cartridge, lever-type grease gun for cartridges (item no. 5310)
  • 25 kg plastic container, pneumatic lubrication system for 25 kg container (item no. 7991)
